    LIQUISEAL Water-Resistance System Working Theory

    LIQUISEAL Water-Resistance treatment is to apply LIQUISEAL Nanocoating to mobile devices and protect them in the event of accidental exposure to liquids. After the treatment not only the inside components is protected from water damages, but also the outside screen will be protected from scratch, smudge and dust.

    The LIQUISEAL innovative nano-coating process is to apply a super-hydrophobic Nanocoating which is a ultra thin invisible polymer layer and it is 1000 times thiner than the human hair coating the surface of the smartphone and its inside components, creating a water and dirt proof surface. Because the water moleculars are larger than the matrix which makes up the coating layer they are not be able to penetrate through the coating. It created a barrier between the inside components and the water. Moisture and water coming in contact with LIQUISEAL nano-coated components will form tiny droplets which then roll off of mobile devices preventing moisture and water damages.

    LIQUISEAL super-hydrophobic Nanocoating is applied though LIQUISEAL Nano Coating Machine . The process starts by placing smartphone into the chamber of LIQUISEAL Nano Coating Machine. The Machine then sucks all the air from the chamber to create a vacuum environment, the atomized LIQUISEAL super-hydrophobic Nanocoating perments entire chamber then penetrate the inside compoments through any pore of the phone ( mircro phone, earphone port etc), and bonds to the inside conpoments and outside on a molecular level to creat a super-hydrophobic nano coating leaving your smartphone water-resistance for a year or longer.

    Fully Automated Operating Procedure:

    • Step 1

      Clean the mobile phone thoroughly to remove all smudges.

    • Step 2

      Put the mobile phone into coating chamber and add Nanocoating to vacuum tube.

    • Step 3

      Automatic coating process will take about 3 mins.

    • Step 4

      Remove the mobile phone from the coating chamber.

    • Step 5

      Put the phone into machine's Drying Chamber with temperture preset between 97 F-104 F for 20 minutes or dry naturally in the air for 48-72 hours.

    • Step 6

      Apply LIQUSEAL nano liquid screen protector on the screen of the mobile phone.
